Opening Salvo

Hello all.

Ito ang kauna-unahan kong attempt to maintain a blog at hindi ko alam kung ano actually ang sasabihin ko dito. I don’t plan to bore you with long nobelas here so here it is.

First off, gusto ko kayo i-welcome sa SMALL ROOM at kung nagtatanong kayo bakit nga ba small room ang title ng blog na ito, eto na at sana maliwanagan kayo. Actually, it is because napakaliit lang nitong field na ito compared to the infinte reach ng cyber space, also; I consider this an extension of a small portion of my thoughts na gusto magsalita, pero for some reasons, hindi nailalabas ng dila kundi ng mga daliri lamang.

I also hope to gain some friends and ka-networks here. I want to create a healthy and exciting room para sa mga papasok. I am praying na along the way, madami ang makakatisod nitong blog na ito, pinoy man o banyaga, basta nakakaintindi ng Filipino para maging common ground for relevant topics. This is my private space to share anything and everything under the same wilderness that we are in with people I don’t know yet but hopefully befriend in the future.

This is not all about me, I see this room as a channel to see the world, kumbaga, this is not a small room without a door or any windows. This is a room, it has a door where anyone could enter and take some time out and escape from the real world. This is a refuge for those who are hurting and hope some of the articles here that is soon to be published will help them redefine their views. Of course, this room also has windows where we can view the outside events. Whatever it is that s relevant to me and to us, will be featured here. Our being plain Pinoy and as Global Filipinos too.

So… paano, eto na muna… if this room interests you, let me hear something from you. Okay?
